About me

Find out how I can help

My story

My working life has been diverse, challenging and purposeful – and never more so than my coaching practice today. Making a difference has been the thread through my career.

I’ve directed the advertising accounts of some of the world’s leading brands, established an agency network in South East Asia and for 14 years I led marketing teams at AXA and served on the Diversity & Inclusion Board. My most profound transition was parenthood and becoming a ‘professional juggler’.

As my career developed I realised my greatest enjoyment and successes came from building teams and developing individuals. This insight, along with the life changing experience of being coached during a pivotal time in my career, led to my transition into executive coaching.

I’m passionate about supporting people as they progress their careers and navigate their life and work transitions – promotions, families, returning to work. The world of work is changing but often all too slowly to keep pace with what’s needed for people to thrive at work and home.

Alison Green, Executive Coach

Through following a career path that energises, motivates and challenges me, I feel fulfilled - professionally and personally.

And now I love being able to coach people to realise their potential and be their brilliant selves.

My expertise

I’m a professional executive coach based in London. My qualifications include a Masters in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Hult Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.

I’m accredited by Ashridge and as a Senior Practitioner with EMCC (the European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I’m also a member of the EMCC.

My coaching practice abides by the Ashridge Code of Conduct.
