Working together

Explore being your brilliant self

How we'll work

Whether you’re stepping up, stepping back in or thinking about what’s next, coaching you to be your brilliant self is at the heart of my executive coaching practice.

I work with people from a range of sectors including creative, media, technology, legal, financial services, healthcare and not-for-profit.

We’ll work collaboratively with curiosity and creativity. And with a shared commitment to helping you be your brilliant self.

For one-to-one coaching

  • Our first step will be a free, confidential chemistry call to explore what you want from a coaching relationship and how we might do great work together.
  • If we’re a good fit, we’ll then agree to either 3 or 6 coaching sessions.
  • Each session will be 1.5 hours at roughly monthly intervals, either face to face in London or virtually – whatever works best for you.

For workshops

  • We’ll have a briefing meeting so I can understand how this activity will fit with your organisation and purpose, the difference you want to make, and the needs of the participants.
  • I’ll propose a theme and workshop outline following our meeting.
  • We'll then arrange the final details for the London event.

Not only a fantastic executive coach but also your biggest cheerleader...

“I thoroughly recommend Alison Green as an executive coach. She has the rare ability to make change feel easy. She's helped me identify behaviour patterns that were hurdles to my career progression and, more importantly, gave me tools and actions to overcome them. When you work with her, you'll get not only a fantastic executive coach but also your biggest cheerleader.” - Director, Creative

My coaching philosophy

There are 5 qualities at the heart of my coaching.
From my experience these are the foundations for a great coaching relationship:
clarity, curiosity, creativity, collaboration and commitment.

Clarity: Working with purpose on what matters

We’ll clarify and agree what you want to focus on, your goals and the change you want by the end of the coaching relationship.

“The main thing is to let the main thing be the main thing” - Angus Igwe

Curiosity: Making space for change to emerge

We’ll create the space for change to emerge and happen through being open, curious and inquiring.

“The curious paradox is when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change” - Carl Rogers

Creativity: Being playful, changing your perspective

At times, when it might feel like things are stuck, we’ll be playful and experiment to help shift your perspective and patterns.

“All life is an experiment. The more experiments the better.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Collaboration: Building a relationship for change

We’ll work together in a coaching relationship that will help you make the changes you want.

“We’re hardwired to connect with others, it’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.” - Brené Brown

Commitment: Small changes, big difference

Committing to what initially may seem like the smallest of changes can have the most profound impact.

“Being our brilliant selves can be easier than we think.” - Alison Green
